Return & Refund Requests
All return and refund requests must be made by emailing us at info@kingsburyandco.co.nz We handle all requests on a case-by-case basis.

Important Notes

Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging to be considered for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

If your dog experiences itchiness or irritation after use, we do not offer refunds, as every dog’s skin is different and reactions may vary. We recommend performing a patch test before full use.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the product and packaging for a prompt resolution.
